Can my license be suspended from a traffic ticket?
Under South Carolina law, there is a point system established and a schedule of points for violations. The South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles will suspend your license if you accrue 12 points or more on your driving record. Please be aware that you can receive multiple violations during one traffic stop.
